Simple 3 EHS Charge BRACKETS:

Bracket 1	£25.80	An examination, diagnosis and advice. If necessary, it also includes X-rays, a basic de-scale, and planning for further treatment. Emergency appointment.
Bracket 2	£70.70	(2 Treatment items only) Covers all treatment included in Bracket 1, plus additional treatment, such as fillings and removing teeth (extractions)
Bracket 3	£306.80	(1 Treatment item only) Covers all treatment included in Brackets 1 and 2, plus more complex procedures, such as crowns (metal), dentures and root canal treatments.

*All treatments provided are for the basic maintenance of oral health and exclude any cosmetic treatments.
